Return and exchange policy

• READY PRODUCTS can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, provided that the logo card is preserved
• CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS can be exchange if the model has not been modified by the customer within 14 days and provided that the logo card is preserved
• In case of any error on the product by the company, it will be modified or replaced without additional fees, and otherwise the shipping and delivery fees will be added.

International

• Shipping and delivery of READY PRODUCTS 3-7 days
• Shipping and delivery of CUSTOMIZED ORDERS from 15-20 days
